Refunds are available within 24 hours of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Food items must be unopened and in original packaging.
Opened food products, items damaged by misuse, and products beyond the 24 hours return window are not eligible for refunds.
Contact us with your order number and reason for refund. After approval, return the item in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 24 hours.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase through Razorpay payment gateway.
We offer exchanges for defective products or incorrect orders. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to initiate an exchange.
Orders can be cancelled before the order accept. After processing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
